1. How could they say nothing to me? In the morning, I called early and asked them to move me to another room because the rug was wet and there was an odd smell in the room.

4. I arrived and was checked into a room the first had no AC I was moved to another but this room was like the other only with AC but had a moldy smell and definatly did not look the the new Sheraton branding inspite of their multi million renovation .
