3. Multiple items (towels, coffee, light bulbs, remote control) missing from rooms (You could "come down and pick it up YOURSELF") a barking dog in room next door (was allowed to MOVE MYSELF to different room (with no hotel help) after 3d request), hotel common areas and rooms were filthy.
