1. The only downside I had was the shuttle driver botched the terminal I was staying @ and i ended up having to catch a tram train to terminal B in order to make up for the guy's mistake.

3. There are often mistakes on the bill (I get charged for the $4 bottles of water in the room even though I never take them, I get charged for internet when it's not used, etc).

4. They did adjust it, but we held up the airport shuttle while the sole clerk took care of the mistake.
