1. Staff should be trained to act like they care about guests (like Matt did), especially guest safety, and should know that this might be one solution to a serious problem.

When we finally got into the room, we discovered that Housekeeping had not attended-to the room -- in other words, housekeeping lilkely tried their key much earlier in the day, discovered they were unable to enter, and chose to ignore the problem (so that we could come home late in the evening to deal with this).

6. I had a problem with the TV in the bedroom and the maintenance guy was up quick only to tell me that it would take a day or so to fix it.
