4. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, the thermostat was broken (cold room all night), the deadbolt on the door was broken, there were holes in the walls and a light fixture falling off the wall, the bathtub had been painted and had peeling paint which allows for bacteria to thrive, and lastly, we did not receive a morning newspaper outside our door.
