3. Hotel desk staff was what you would expect to find at Motel 6, slow to answer phones, did not return calls, acted as though it was a bother to answer questions or acknowledge you almost to point of being rude.

4. The lady at the front desk that checked us in was very rude/unfriendly to me and my grandchildren.

5. The only negative things were: the front desk clerk that checked us in was very rude, unfriendly and obnoxious and the hot tub was freezing cold (which we didn't mention the hot tub to the desk clerk - we only mentioned to her that our key to the pool door didn't work, so she activated our door key).
