2. The roads around this hotel are all torn up due to the freeway construction and construction on the new Cowboys Stadium, and this made it hard to get to the hotel.

6. It was snowing on Friday afternoon and they couldn't find the driver for the shuttle, he was giving his friends a ride and they really gave us a hard time when we called to get a ride back to the hotel from six flags they wanted us to take a trolley.

7. Should not of started construction at the crack of dawn on a week-end or holiday, and the beds were very hard and the staff that was on duty when we checked in lacked customer service and were rude.
