3. The only negative things were: the front desk clerk that checked us in was very rude, unfriendly and obnoxious and the hot tub was freezing cold (which we didn't mention the hot tub to the desk clerk - we only mentioned to her that our key to the pool door didn't work, so she activated our door key).
