1. Our event went off without any problems and everyone loved the amenities and the views from the Ocean Vista Room and their rooms.

5. I think my biggest overall problem is that for $199 to $279 there are a lot of places to stay in Santa Barbara-- this one just wasn't special, and the perks were marred by noise and aggravation.

6. The problem with the shower was never fixed and when we complained again, nothing was done or a adjustments were made.

7. The assistant manager said they would have a repairman check and later I was told that the repairman fixed the problem and we would not be moved.

8. But, it was interesting when I have had problems in other hotels that they make sure your stay is good or they make a point to take care of you in one way or another.

9. So, the next morning spoke to the manager (Brian) and all he had to say was I will have one of the service engineers take a look at the problem, i also noticed in some of the other reviews that other guests also had this problem.

10. I have stayed at Santa Barbara Inn and never had a problem but not this weekend.
