1. Outside of this thumping noise, I really have no serious complaints about the hotel and our stay was very pleasant overall.

7. We had our room switched because we wondered if the noise was because of there being doors going from our room to both of the rooms on either side of us--that it had the option of being a suite to the other rooms.
