5. The corridors stink of cigarettes, and rubbish bags are thrown out of the rooms waiting to be collected after three room changes I was changed to 'the best available' a urine stained bed, a dirty bathroom, sheets with stains and burns on them, used cotton buds on the window ledge, someone elses hairbrush, hair in the bed, loose plug sockets, rusty and falling to bits fridge and a cooker with only one ring working.

7. (This was rectified)Our third and final room was still no better but we were told this was the best available ? Dead blue bottles on floor, light switches could be moved to expose wires, exposed wires in kitchen cupboards, holes in blankets, stained sheets, dirty old threadbare towels.

8. On Sunday, March 31, 2012, we checked in to room #1402, but only stayed one night because we were unhappy with the room: the room smelled dank, there was a big wet spot in the living room carpet, the carpet was frayed and dirty, the caulking in the bathrooms was discolored and looked dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, etc.
