2. The thermostat was weird: When I set the temp, it first ran the a/c, then just fan, then heat, all for the same 69 deg setting.

3. It was a major hassle to get two beds even when we were willing to pay for them (it appeared there was a strange person handling reservations who was unwilling to give us a 2-bed room even though the front desk said one was available and we were willing to pay extra- very weird).

4. My complaint has to do with how loud everything was - thin walls, their sinks in the bathrooms are a bit weird - very shallow, they could use some basic options in the room like a do not disturb sign because the cleaning crew starts knocking on doors at 6:30am.
