1. I know we overpaid because of how busy the city was that night, but a guest experience that was so poor, you feel almost ripped off.

10. I totally agree with one of the other reviewers - Rooms are very tiny which is to be expected in a botique hotel however, they did a really poor job of sound insulation in the rooms along with a very noisy air conditioner.
