1. The room was ridiculously small for 1 person, the location was good, bathroom was OK, my drain kept clogging and housekeeping left the floor really wet.

8. The hotel lobby is fine, but the decor is a cheap West Elm sort of modern- with laminate peeling off the ridiculously shallow sink(we had the same problem filling a glass of water as one of the other reviewers)and hollow steel legs falling off the faux wood laminate desk.
