1. It drowned out the the noise from the people above us (them opening there slider all times of the night) and traffic, plus it kept us cool, since the a/c turns on and off all night trying to stay at temp.

3. The Royal Garden needs to fix the noise with the sliding doors, (extremly noisy) and the plumbing very noisy when someone takes a shower and flushes.
