7. From the first room we were in for two minutes and then moved because there were too many bugs to be able to sleep in the room to the last day where the room we stayed was also crawling with tiny bugs in the bathroom and kitchen, our stay was very disappointing.

10. my wife and i spent a week at the aqua marina during this past xmas and were disappointed as we we were put out on xmas day and told our room was booked for that day, i had it booked thru orbitz travel until the 26 but they said they could do nothing.
