9. The room was dreary,the furniture aand floors worn, the ceramic tile in the bathroom was in bad need of cleaning or removal, the elevator had a mind of its own and the employees weren't cheerful or eager to help.

10. Please note, this hotel is definetly worth its value, its clean, it has a great location, staff are friendly, and the bad reviews on trip advisor about this hotel are pretty much false.
