Meals eaten onsite were very good, Tropics Bar (except one
poor
breakfast item), Japanese Restaurant in the Bazaar, Round Table Pizza and Lapperts Ice Cream were all excellent and not unreasonable priced.

Though we were upgraded to a suite we clearly could never afford to pay for at full price, we were still paying $650 per night for the two-bedroom suite we originally booked and so all of this
poor
service leads to a little bit of a bad taste in the mouth.

However, the niceness of the suite only served as a more stark contrast with the
poor
service provided by hotel staff.

What did stand out about this property was the uniformly

We stayed on the 8th floor, and had a very
poor
view, mostly of the hotel next door, but also of the lagoon tower directly in front of the hotel.

We went back to the concierge desk and the
poor
girl behind the counter made several calls to get us a car asap as we had a meeting we were going to be late for.
