1. The lanai facing out toward the ocean was absolutely delightful and naturally there is nothing to complain about AT ALL regarding the features of the suite.

5. By the way, lest you think that it's bold to complain about a sales package, we paid $899 for a 4 night stay, because we upgraded to the Waikikian.

10. On the positive side we did do a lot of complaining and each time we did the managers were VERY nice and listened sympathetically to our issues.
