1. While the rooms are fine, all else about the Grand Waikikian fails and it should be avoided in favor of the much better (and better located) full service hotels in the heart of Waikiki.

3. I would also avoid checking in on a Saturday as that is the day that most property owners arrive and depart, and reception was a zoo.
