The service is second to none - with one comment - if you do not tip the (foreign sounding) bell man EVERY time he assists you with ANYTHING - he is rude - he is very skilled in making his feelings known - without crossing the line - and making you feel VERY uncomfortable - unacceptable in a place like the Ritz.
