2. The only issue I had with property was there was no pool and bugs in the room, the first night, upon checkout and even after I left the hotel some was still found in my luggage.

3. Room on 21 was what you would expect at RC but some drawbacks at this location: nice bath fixtures with exception of small bathtub (holiday inn size), some other minor fit/finish issues.

4. The room was clean and spotless, we did have an issue with the toilet backing up and overflowing, the hotel response was timely in getting someone up to the room to fix the problem, it was a minor inconvenience .

7. I had an issue with my voice mail in my room and the operator worked dilligently to make sure I ended up receiving my message from my co-worker.

8. The only other small issue was the fact that even though the hotel was booked for two, each night the bed only had one chocolate on it after the maids turn down service; and there was only one champagne flute brought up with room service.

10. Overall, the property was clean, modern and tastefully decorated and the staff was very attentive, especially to the issues that occurred during our stay.
