1. Oddly enough, our only complaint were the elevators.

2. The front office manager Bayan did acknowlege my complaint and handled it accordingly but at this point I had already checked out the hotel and went to the Hyatt up the street.

3. The only complaint about the room was the bathroom sink, its a little wierd as it is not the kind of deep sink im use to but a more modern type of deal with not so good water pressure.
