1. Finally - after reading other reviews that are negative or semi-negative, I have noticed that the manager always replies and never addresses the issues directly.

2. I throughly review and research hotels before I stay, and was impressed with the reviews on this site and the time that the manager took to respond to negative reviews(which I found were mostly people that expected the world from the most budget room or high maintenance pet owners that wanted a red carpet and doggy biscuits waiting for their dog).

4. The negatives were: parking (even though they give you a free pass, you may have to walk a few blocks to park), and the bathrooms were fairly dated.
