1. My only complaint was that the sleeping area was raised up and took us a day and a half to remember it and stop tripping (Maybe a different colored strip of carpet?).

5. - Room = some older fixtures, spacious, fairly clean (stains on carpet)- Bathroom = spacious, nice jacuzzi tub, 2 sinks, shower, no complaints- Deck = spacious, nice view, DIRTY furniture, spiderwebs in corners- Overall = spacious, nice enough TV, fireplace = great.
