3. The immediate area around the hotel is basically a business district, unfortunately in some immediate areas its a slum -- abandoned buildings, shady bars, low-rent liquor stores, etc.

4. If the hotel is full, you may unfortunately end up in such a room but Stanley will do his best to relocate you when a better room becomes available.
