6. New Orleans is an expensive place in and around the French Quarter for accommodation, meals and parking but if this is the area you want to see then there is no point in staying in the suburbs.

7. The staff was terrific, especially Stanley, I know there may be nicer and more expensive places, but I don't think you will find a more convenient and nicer hotel staff.

8. The hotel is located a block from Canal and four blocks or so from Bourbon; much more expensive hotels are within a couple blocks going towards the French Quarter, although not a lot of activity in the immediate area of the hotel.
