1. Only complaint about the room is that the window only has a sheer curtain so you cannot block out the light at all; only other problem was thin walls.

9. Why couldn't they have informed their guests prior to arrival about their issue, so I could've got my money back and made alternate arrangements to stay near the convention center? The shuttle driver said 'this type of maintenance problem happens all the time', so if I were you, I would NOT take my chances with this terrible hotel, and stay somewhere else.

10. My only problem with the hotel was the fact that the website seemed to promise free internet access in each room (laptop included) but this was not the case.
