2. Why couldn't they have informed their guests prior to arrival about their issue, so I could've got my money back and made alternate arrangements to stay near the convention center? The shuttle driver said 'this type of maintenance problem happens all the time', so if I were you, I would NOT take my chances with this terrible hotel, and stay somewhere else.

3. Upon arriving at the Lexington Hotel, I was informed that there was an 'unexpected maintenance issue', that they'd had to book me at a room at their sister hotel, and that a shuttle would whisk me over to the new hotel.

4. The only issue was finding the hotel, we called twice to ask for directions to the hotel from the freeway and the man told me both times to go left when in fact we needed to go right at all turns.

5. Hotel was in tansition from Best Western the day before I checked in so there seemed to be some deferred maintenance issues; however, the staff tried to acccomadate us.
