1. I had booked two nights (the charges were unrefundable through a travel site) but forfeited the second night's charges and changed hotels, it was that bad.

7. Because our group was there for a business conference, we endured the hot water taking 20 mins to reach the 8th floor suite, the lack of understanding and correcting our situation left a bad taste and we will not stay again.
