Nothing major wrong, just have had it with the additional charges they have tacked on over the year -- we've stayed in a room overlooking the golf course every trip, yet this year it was a $10 per day upcharge (this was announced at the desk, not when we booked); and a $10 per hour fee for late checkout, when we've asked for and received late check out for no additional charge every other visit.

3. I could go on about other points with the front desk staff giving us wrong information about the resort but I think all that read this will understand that I am not at all happy with the experience of the Legacy Shell Vacation Resort.

5. The second time we went the following items went wrong in our room: the tub wouldn`t drain (they had to come back twice to fix it), the ice-maker didn`t work (they'fixed' it but it still didn`t work), the ironing board wouldn`t stand up, the dryer was broken, one waste-basket was broken, the beds were made a 4:00 and the sheets were never tucked in so they came undone in the night.
