2. One negative aspect of the resort is that the fitness center has some out-dated equipment and is ALWAYS crowded.

POSITIVES: very clean rooms, well kept grounds, quiet & peaceful (if you like that), super comfortable bed, customer service was excellent (they gave me complimentary check-out until 1pm because business was slow)NEGATIVES: room style/furniture is old-fashioned (I personally don't like that) and the most disappointing thing.

4. The only negatives were that it is kind of awkward to climb in and out of the jacuzzi, almost had to hop into it, and the shower and bathroom flooring were all in marble so made it a little slick.
