3. Location-wise, it's a couple of miles from I-10, but thusfar, traffic hasn't been a problem getting to and from the Interstate, even at rush hour.

6. A LOT of kids and some rough-housing by teens but ample space and never a problem finding loungers even when arriving at 2:30 pm in the afternoon.
