1. Sometimes I think that people checking in after their subsidized agony (a commercial airline flight) take that frustration out on the hotel, since there is no use complaining about airline flight.

2. I then arrived and there was a long line in the lobby to check-in -- that happens sometimes, but it was frustrating to see only one person working the front desk even as the line continued to build.
