2. Sometimes I think that people checking in after their subsidized agony (a commercial airline flight) take that frustration out on the hotel, since there is no use complaining about airline flight.

3. The bedroom is large with a very comfortable bed and pillows and our son didn't complain about the pull out sofa bed.
