5. the location for people using airport is good/ but the room was not clean/ even had a bug in the bathroom/ even though the manager upgraded my room because of the bug problem, the suite room was smelly.

10. True colors finally showed that the couple and someone solo were also being moved because of the rooms they were in had multiple problems.
