2. The first, and most troublesome, is that I left an electronic charging device behind in my room and despite repeated attempts to contact customer service and hotel staff, I have heard nothing in reply - that is disturbing to me.

3. I could not reach the front desk on the phone, the information booklet on the desk did not contain any information, and the maid knocked on each door at 8:00 am loudly announcing herself and disturbing those who wanted to rest, something I have never experienced in a hotel before.
