I would have preferred that employees at the time had felt empowered to make decisions to correct issues and deal with problems; but, that said, the Manager and General Manager have made considerable concessions to us, and to my son and his bride, in the interest of service recovery, for which I thank them.

4. Our problem was that starting at 3am there was a steady stream of very loud 'partygoers' going down our hall and screaming laughing etc.

10. They offered to let me try other rooms the next day when other rooms become available but I figured there would be a good chance of the same problem in any room and it would be a hassle to pack up all my stuff the next day.
