1. Was disappointed by the morning pastries but they do have a tea that is catered from a local merchant in the downtown area.

8. I was just a bit disappointed, but this lead me to believe that it's a recurring event, and if they did that for everyone that had an issue, they'd be run ragged.

10. There are several nice new hotels in Indianapolis and although elegant from outside you will be sorely disappointed in your room and the service at the Canterbury.
