1. My only 'problem' was trying to follow the convoluted driving directions given by the front desk clerk to get to this nearby brew pub for dinner.

2. There was a problem with the reservation (twice), a problem with the room we were assigned that had been changed the afternoon of the day we arrived, the beds are too small and the general manager caused the room problem and didn't stick around to deal with it.

4. There was a bit of a problem with the shower--when you try to have the water come out of the shower, most of it still comes out at the bottom (to the tub) and the shower stream isn't strong.
