2. I actually had a prepaid reservation at a similar category hotel by the airport, but the place was dirty, noisy, and totally unacceptable to the point where I couldn't stay there.

10. )staff finaly gave us a room only to come back and find it was occupied ,so they quickly got us another room , in which the jacuzzi was dirty the microwave was unclean we had no hot water in the shower it was'nt cold it just was'nt hot the cable was out ,we did have limited chanels our cholceswere all religon all news, all sports or the familey chanel.
