The1st room we were put in was 4th floor and hardly any parking, the room lacked complete cleaning; only one wash rag--no floor mat and toilet running (which would not flush or quit running) we arrived at 11:30 pm after showering and realizing I could not fix the toilet I called the desk--she said to come and get another key and move because they do not have a night maintenance--I was wet and in my night clothes so I had to wake my husband to go to get a key.
