2. It was ridiculous in in two rooms the heat was not working (in December) and in one of them the toilet was leaking.

4. If you`re going to host a conference that expects to have 250 people attending, how about providing ample seating space? For example, setting up a two-person table and cramming three chairs behind it is just a tad bit ridiculous, isn`t it? The empty space in the room we were in (on the second floor) could have housed a few more rows of tables, thus freeing up more elbow room for everyone.
