8. 4 night stay, late August to watch Moto GP at the Motorspeedway, double room on the 9th floor, can't really complain, it was 'used' is probably the best description, a little tired, not dirty but not imaculate.

9. I'm sure the whole chintzy air conditioning thing was some sort of cost-saving least-people-complain setting, and probably hiding under a green label.

10. 8 is fine for the elderly and 98 pound stick-people who always complain about the cold from the slightest puff of breeze, but us grown men who are not iron-deficient from farther northern parts need some real meat-locker style air conditioning on a hot day when it's 95 outside once in awhile.
