2. Bathroom was dirty when we arrived(dirt and hair on the floor behind the door and toilet had not been cleaned under the seat), no exhaust fans.

3. We had plans to stay at the Hyatt Regency for a romantic night away but after viewing 3 disgusting dirty rooms there including there nicest room we got our money back and started looking around.
