1. I chose NOT to call the front desk to complain, because my kids slept through all the nonsense in the hallway, and my talking on the phone would have woke them.

10. The phone that rang and woke me at 11:00pm did not ring at 6:45am for the wake-up because when I complained to the front desk about the 11:00pm call my phone was shut off, making my wake-up shut-off as well.
