I am a generally relaxed traveller and easy to plase, and even with certain problems with the building and rooms, good service can make up for so much; you will not get that at this hotel, and the desk staff is strikingly disengaged (or, more likely, jaded from all the complaints they receive due to the longtime poor condition of the hotel).

4. This hotel is not good located as the web-site says, the rooms are too small, some smaller than others, the breakfast area doesn't exist, it's just a bar in the lobby where you have to prepare your own breakfast and too poor.
