1. I am a generally relaxed traveller and easy to plase, and even with certain problems with the building and rooms, good service can make up for so much; you will not get that at this hotel, and the desk staff is strikingly disengaged (or, more likely, jaded from all the complaints they receive due to the longtime poor condition of the hotel).

5. I could list the complaints but we could hear every voice in the lobby, we had to leave one morning and our door wouldn't lock shut (someone without a staff uniform on was standing guard for us according to the receptionist), the work upstairs caused the ceiling tiles to fall in over our tub, and the shower had just barely enough pressure to rinse my long hair.

6. My one complaint was that the housekeepers would congregate outside my door and chat starting from 6 or 7 on.

7. My main complaints were: 1) TV channels, though cable, were not coming in clear (very staticy)2) The peephole in the door was mounted the wrong way, so you could look into the room from the HALLWAY instead of vice versa.
