2. The decor was awful - paper coming off the walls, various cables were running up and down the walls, an air con unit was wedged into the window with carrier bags keeping a seal.

5. About half way up the stairs this god-awful musty stench hits you like a tonne of bricks, I don't think the carpets had been cleaned since the days of Lincoln and the handrails on the stairs were sticking and gross.
