3. The internet is iBahn based, so: A) It's slow B) You need a LONG wire if you like to roam like me -- I will note that Verizon cell reception is great in the building, my air-card worked very nicely Parking is either valet(@ $20 / night) or you're on your own.

4. That wouldn't have been a problem except that the toilet had a habit of running occasionally (a sign of slow leak in the flap valve), and the slow leak led to an overflow.
